Q. Can I make payemnts and still have my seat reserved?

A. Yes.

Q. When is the last day to register?

A. June 6th, 2015.

Q. Can I get a refund if I have to cancel at the last minute?

A. Yes.

Q. Can we also obtain CEUs with TCRA?

A. No, not at this time.

Q. What eqipment do we bring?

A. Your laptop, machine, real-time software and extra surge protector if you have one.

Q. What do we wear?

A. Dress comfy and casual.

Q. Will you have another training date if I can't make this one in June?

A. This is the only training for 2015. The next one will be announced next year.

Q. Can I offer an extra machine as payment if I don't have the cash to pay?

A. No, I do not accept equipment for partial payment. 

Q. Do you accept Paypal?

A. Yes.

Q. Will I be eligible to pick up work with Dallas Captioning, LLC after training?

A. Yes, all students have priority in job placement when opportunities come in.

Q. Can previous boot camp attendees still attend at no cost?

A. Because we've added an additional day and new information, previous students pay a discounted rate of $100.00 for the two-day event.
